Frustrated after work, cold turkey from smoking, so I’m either wanking a lot atm or eating. If not one then defo the other. Gym still going well, 6am starts, they are starting to get better and I’m writing a lot more of my books! So self improvements going well. Smashing this years targets in one month. Now to start up my tour guiding company. But, for tonight, I think, world behind and my bed ahead, Hot chocolate I will make, and then to bed, and then to bed!
